Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to possess an industrial gun for occupation and use without permission shall obtain permission from the head of the police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile;
