1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance regarding the lawsuit shall be revoked.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 28, 2012, E of the State of the Republic of Korea’s nationality (Zin, hereinafter “the deceased”) died in California (hereinafter “U.S.”) at the age of 93 years of age. At the time of death, the deceased’s heir has wife and five children as indicated below:

B.
