The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant commits an indecent act against the victim as described in the facts charged.

2. The evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, and in particular, the victim's statement is consistent and specific in the major part that the defendant's act was committed against his will at the point where the automatic stairs are finished, and since the victim cannot find any reason or motive to mislead the defendant, there is sufficient credibility to recognize the facts of the crime. Thus, it can be sufficiently recognized that the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim as stated in the judgment of the court below.

Defendant’s assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
