Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case (excluding the part on the revocation of prosecution) on the grounds stated in its reasoning. Contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on deception, causation, admissibility and probative value of confession in fraud, or by misapprehending

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
