1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant A and B’s joint and several liability amounting to KRW 363,486,877 and KRW 352,864,457.

(2) However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay among the claims was partially reduced as indicated in the Disposition, pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading).
