1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 15,464,780 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 14, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” to be “Defendant”, and the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff who received reimbursement of KRW 20 million out of the amount indicated in the cause of the claim after the payment order was served, and the purport of the claim is reduced.

The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) only submitted the original of the payment order in this case only in the formal objection against the payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
