1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 577,849,151 and KRW 201,00,000 among them, Defendant B shall be from December 31, 2015 to 376,849.

1. Basic facts
A. Status 1 of the parties concerned ) The plaintiff is Busan Ho-gu A Apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case").
(2) Defendant K non-real estate trust is a trustee of the site of the instant apartment, and Defendant B is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and is a person who entrusted the instant apartment site in the Defendant K non-real estate trust.
3) Defendant Digital Construction is a company that constructed the instant apartment, and Defendant Digital Construction Mutual Aid Association is a corporation that has concluded a warranty contract on the instant apartment with Defendant Digital Construction and Construction Mutual Aid Association. (B) Defendant Digital Construction Co., Ltd. on November 28, 2014, concluded a warranty contract on the instant apartment with Defendant Digital Construction Mutual Aid Association and Construction Mutual Aid Association, setting the guaranty creditor as the Gu office, and then, on January 13, 2015, entered into a warranty contract to change the warranty period as follows (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”).
