Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates a singing practice hall with a trade name in Gosung Group C.

A sing practice hall business operator shall ensure that juveniles do not have access in addition to the hours for admitting juveniles prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on June 18, 2017, the Defendant entered three juveniles, including D ( South, North, 17 years of age), E ( South, North, 17 years of age), F ( South, and 17 years of age) who were found in the above singing practice place.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the obligation of singing practice hall operators.
