A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 24, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (accidents, Violence, etc.) committed assault against the victim, who was a driver of a vehicle driven by the victim D (the age of 59) in front of the victim D (the age of 59) around 16:10 on the same day while getting in the E-si located in Jincheon-gun B, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and used the driver of a vehicle driven by the victim himself at around 16:10 on the same day and 16:10 on the same day, he gets in the driver of the vehicle driven by the victim
