Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of Gap 1, 2, 4, and 12's statement and arguments as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff paid KRW 16,60,000 to the defendant 10,000 for the construction work of the 10th August 1, 2007, and KRW 106,00 for the new construction work of the 100,000 for the deceased and KRW 200 for the 106th August 15, 2007. The plaintiff requested the plaintiff to change the title holder of the contract for the above construction work, and the plaintiff changed the owner of the 200,000 won for the construction work to the defendant 10,000 won for the 200,000 won for the construction work, and the plaintiff paid KRW 10,000 for the 200,000 for the construction work cost to the defendant 10,000,0000 won for the construction work cost.
