Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] ① The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won on November 16, 2006 due to a violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol) in the support of the Friwon Friwon Friwon Friju on November 16, 2006. On May 19, 2008, the same court was sentenced to a fine of two million won due to the same crime, etc. and was sentenced to a fine of three million won on November 3, 2009.

② On August 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon Friwon, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 25, 2016.

[2] On February 27, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a vehicle on February 27, 2015, was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.107% during blood, and driven a XG car without a mandatory automobile insurance policy on the 2nd-day road of the 2nd-gu Carbon District in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si.
