When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2017, at around 01:45, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the duty of dispatch of the 112 report by assaulting a police officer, such as d restaurant in front of the D cafeteria located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, with the drinking value or the barf belonging to the E District, who called up with the E District, and the barf where the E District F was worn with the police blag on two hand.
