1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 115,782,00 and Defendant A with respect thereto from November 11, 2006, and Defendant B.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the purport of the entire arguments as stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the facts constituting the same cause of the claim (the defendant A borrowed KRW 365,00,000 from Solomon Mutual Savings Bank around November 20, 1997 and the defendant B guaranteed the above loan obligations). Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and damages for delay as described in paragraph (1) of this Article.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and all of them are accepted.
