Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 1, 2019.

At around 23:40 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant reported that the victim D (son, 47 years of age) under the influence of alcohol so that the victim D (son, 47 years of age) would take a bath to the above drinking house and would be paid for the time, and the Defendant said that “fins, vins, vins, Lins, Lins, Lins, Lins, Lins, Lins, Lins, and Lins)” was the victim’s hand on the ground that he would take a bath, and that he would take a bath.

As a result, the defendant got the victim from the unclaimed days of treatment.
