1. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 shall be the plaintiff (appointed party) according to each corresponding share stated in the separate sheet of inheritance shares.

1. Basic facts

A. Gangwon-do Kim Jong-gun, C, D, E, F, and Gangwon-do Iron-gun G was under the circumstances of H around 1915.

B. The Gangwon-do Kim Jong-gun, C, D, E, and F were restored on November 16, 1974, and the owner was indicated as each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 due to the administrative district change. The owner's column was the official column and has not been registered until now, and the Gangwon-do Kuwon-gun G was divided into each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 on July 7, 1981 and the registration of ownership was completed in the Defendant's name on June 18, 1982.

On August 26, 194, H, who is a conciliation division of the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) died, and as a family heir, I became a sole heir according to customary law. 2. Determination

A. As seen earlier, each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 among the instant real estate subject to ex officio determination as to the interest in confirmation is an official title holder on the land or forest land register. Moreover, as long as the Defendant denies that the Plaintiffs are the owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, the Plaintiffs have the interest to file a lawsuit against the Defendant, the State, to seek confirmation that each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 is owned by

(b) A person who is registered as an owner in a land survey report or forest survey report on the cause of the claim shall be presumed to have become final and conclusive by taking into account the circumstances as the owner of the land or forest so long as there is no counter-proof such as that the details of the situation have been changed by the adjudication, and a person other than the title holder of the preservation registration shall be deemed to have acquired the relevant land or forest temporarily
