Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Passenger transport service shall obtain a license from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for passenger transport service.

The Defendant, as the owner and driver of a small-sized boomed vehicle B, operated passenger transport business without obtaining a license from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as follows:

1. On May 19, 201, the Defendant, around 22:01, operated approximately 1.8 km to the front door of the apartment house in front of the sex re-Eup, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Sung-gu, in the same time, who did not possess the freight in front of the sex re-hwan, and received KRW 3,000 in return.

2. On May 13, 2017, the Defendant, around 19:29, operated approximately 3km to the roads front of the agricultural and fishery products market located in the new Sinan-dong, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and received KRW 5,000 in return.

On June 21, 2017, around 22:54, the Defendant: (a) operated approximately 1.8 meters to the front of the apartment complex in front of the Sung-Eup, Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, on the road that did not possess the cargo in front of the Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Sungsung-dong, Seo-gu; and (b) received 3,000 won in return.

4. On June 22, 2017, around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) operated approximately 1.8 km to the front road of the apartment complex in front of the Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu; (b) operated approximately 3,000 won in consideration of the following:

5. On May 13, 2017, around 19:21, the Defendant: (a) operated approximately 3.4 km in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant, who did not possess cargo on the front side of 229-2, and received approximately 5,000 won in return.

6. On April 22, 201, around 22:01, the Defendant: (a) served customers who did not possess cargo on the road in front of the Sung-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) around 22:01; (c) served approximately 1.8km on the road of Sung-gu, Seo-gu; and (d) received KRW 3,000 in return.

7. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant was north-gu, Seocheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-gu.
