[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight-month imprisonment on July 7, 2016 for a crime of violation of road traffic law in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court of Gwangju District, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month and is currently under suspended sentence.
