A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 1850" Defendant was working for the Co., Ltd. in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocho-gu, Incheon Special Metropolitan City B, and was living together with the victim F, a workplace partner in the D Building E in the above company, with the victim F, who used the above victim's driver's license, cellular phone device, etc., and thought to acquire the money in the above account after changing the password of the account in the above victim's name.

1. Larceny;

A. From June 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:50 on June 15, 2018, at the escape room in the above C factory, the Defendant removed one of the LG mobile phone units equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which the victim was placed in the object box; (b) and (c) around 10:00 on the same day, opened the wallet that the victim was placed in the balone, and cut out one of the physical card connected to the G bank account (Account No. H) of the victim’s possession, and one of the 10,000 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

B. On June 15, 2018, around 10:52 on June 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the backward point of the Victim I Association in the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si; and (b) at the cash withdrawal point managed by the victim installed there.

As described in paragraph (2), the 700,000 won in cash was collected from the aforementioned cash withdrawal machine after inserting the cream card in the F's name, and inputting the changed password as described in paragraph (2) below.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. Forgery of private documents, unlawful uttering of private documents, and uttering of private documents;

A. At around 10:45 on June 15, 2018, the Defendant forged private documents at the G Bank L Financial Center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, as well as at KRW 1-A.

In order to change the password of the F Account in the name of the above bank without authority, the F driver's license is presented to the employee of the counter in the name of the above bank, and the F is carried out in F, and the above employee files an application for the change of the password, and the name column of the report (the change of the password) issued by the above employee.
