A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW 520d car.

On November 20, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 21:35, and continued the intersection in front of the Sinsan City to the temporary parking lot of the Sinsan City at the D level.
