A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from hazardous driving) driven a DK7 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.280% in blood, and led the CK7 car to go through the intersection of the Om-distance intersection, such as the high-distance, such as the high-distance metle chill in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Military Manpower Administration through the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so under the influence of alcohol and received the part of FCA110 E driving of the victim E (35 years old) who entered the intersection and operates the said intersection from the front part of the Defendant’s driving with approximately four weeks of medical treatment, resulting in the Defendant’s shock of the three left-hand clocks, which affected the victim’s four weeks of medical treatment.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, driven a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing injury to the victim.

2. On October 15, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won or more for a violation of road traffic law at a source of a water source (drinking driving) method on October 15, 201, and on September 7, 201, the same court issued a summary order of a fine of three million won or more for the same crime, and has the record of being punished for drinking driving on at least two occasions.

Defendant 1 driven DK7 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 670 meters from the f.m. to the f.m. high-speed e.m., Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the front of the city of Suwon-si to the same high-speed e.g., the Defendant 1 driven DK7 automobiles with alcohol concentration of about 0.280%
