The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C by stating, “Chewingly sold and opened years” to the victim C without any particular reason, among three neighboring residents on the 31-19-hon road of Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, Yneung-si, 11:20 on May 19, 2018, where there are three neighboring residents.

2. Determination and conclusion are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and the facts charged in the instant case can be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

According to the records, since the victim's withdrawal of complaint after the indictment of this case is recognized, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
