A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

1,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On May 2, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 12, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 19, 2012, the Defendant purchased at the PC room located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, a psychotropic drug in the amount of KRW 0.5g of 0,000,000 from D, and traded Handphones.

2. On July 21, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from D with E, as described in paragraph (1), into water, and dilution them with water, and first injected them into E’s arms after injecting them into the arms of E, and then administers them once again, at the same place at around 05:0, once again in the same manner as above, and administered two philophones.

3. On October 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of the philophonephones remaining after being administered, as in paragraph 2, in the same manner as paragraph 2.

4. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked D to purchase 0.1g of phiphones by phone call from D; (b) asked D to ask E for 0.1g of phiphones at the bottom of the event near G; and (c) made E contact with E to find 0.1g of phiphones being buried under the nearby event around G at around 20:00 on the middle of January 2013; and (d) paid KRW 300,000 to D, sold phiphones from D and provided E with phiphones.

5. From around 22:00 to 23:00 on June 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gramopons, in the manner described in paragraph (2), to be accommodated in the margin near the F station like E, and administered 0.03 gramopons.

6. On July 2013, the Defendant was from the PC bank located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
