The entire area of the commercial building site of this case is 1148.1 square meters, and the ratio of the right to use the site of each of the above units of the commercial building of this case, which is an aggregate building, shall be determined according to the ratio of the area of the exclusive ownership pursuant to Articles 21 and 12 of the Aggregate Buildings Act, and the ratio of the right to site of each unit of this case

C. As to the above K, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 19, 2004 on the register of aggregate buildings through U, V, W, X from L, the initial buyer, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership by the above registration office No. 33046.

On March 16, 191, the register on the right to a site of the instant commercial building is stated that the Plaintiff Korea Land and Housing Corporation transferred to V on March 16, 1991 the 88.56 of the 1148.1 minute 992.64, and the right to a site in the column for title of the above KGG register is stated as the 88.56% of the 1148.1.

A shall be purchased from J on March 18, 2019 on the register of aggregate buildings with respect to building parts.
