1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 2, 200, the Plaintiff and the Defendant respectively entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant on ① “Afroman’s cancer mutual aid agreement (hereinafter “the first mutual aid agreement”), ② Afinite mutual aid agreement (hereinafter “the second mutual aid agreement”), ③ on January 25, 2007, the Green Cancer mutual aid agreement (hereinafter “the third mutual aid agreement”), ④ January 25, 2007, respectively.

B. On May 6, 2009, the Plaintiff was performing the upper cancer diagnosis and the upper cancer surgery, and was paid with the Defendant the upper cancer diagnosis and the surgery expenses. On July 20, 2012, the Plaintiff received specific cancer diagnosis and the surgery expenses from the Defendant.

C. The Plaintiff requested the Defendant to pay for operating expenses for radiation research and high-frequency heat treatment in accordance with each of the instant mutual aid agreements, but the Defendant refused payment in relation to the first and second mutual aid agreements, and refused payment in relation to the third and fourth mutual aid agreements.

C. Terms and conditions relating to surgery among each insurance contract of this case are as follows.

Article 3. Mutual Aid Agreement: (In the case that a doctor deems that it is necessary for the direct purpose of treatment of diseases prescribed in the table of cancer or disease of a person to be deducted during the period of mutual Aid, the doctor shall be under the control of a doctor in the hospital.
