A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2015, around 16:00 on June 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) directeded before Ulsan Nam-gu C, Ulsan-gu; (b) directeded to steal the guardian 125C owned by the victim D; (c) reported the network around the region; and (d) reported the network to the Defendant.

The Defendant, together with the above, stolen the victim's market price of KRW 3.2 million.
