1. The Defendant shall pay 406,796,665 won and the interest thereon from June 20, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 2010, the Plaintiff Central concrete Co., Ltd. concluded a contract with the Defendant, the contractor of the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project for the construction project at issue (hereinafter “instant construction project”). From April 20, 2010 to December 30, 2010 (the alteration to December 31, 2012), the construction period was set as KRW 461,096,240 (including additional tax, KRW 508,925,470) and the construction period was changed to KRW 1,075,286,300 (including additional tax, KRW 1,187,479,70). On the same day, the Plaintiff Central concrete Co., Ltd. supplied the Defendant with the construction project at issue.

B. On November 8, 2010, the Plaintiff’s central concrete obtained a contract from the Defendant during the instant construction period for the construction cost of KRW 3,792,246,260 (including additional tax, KRW 4,045,246,260) and for the construction period from November 8, 2010 to March 30, 201 (amended by December 31, 201).

C. On December 27, 201, the Plaintiff’s central concrete and the Defendant agreed to apply the unit price of KRW 107,710,000, increased by 13,590 per square meter with respect to cutting-off works in the instant case. On the same day, the Defendant agreed to apply the interest rate of 20% per annum when paying progress payment after the settlement date under paragraph (5) of the consultation with the Defendant.

The Plaintiff’s central concrete completed all construction works due to design modification and received a written confirmation of construction completion as follows with regard to the construction details and construction volume executed by the head of the supervising authority of the ordering person on April 3, 2013.
