1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 14, 2013, the so-called E system mother’s child abuse case: (a) the features of the so-called E system mother’s child abuse case were habitually abused a shesheled (hereinafter “the deceased”); and (b) the case was committed that was hidden by the deceased on August 14, 2013.

Defendant Culture Broadcasting Co., Ltd., as a broadcasting business operator, broadcasted the “F” program, and broadcasted the title “H” through the G’s program (hereinafter “instant broadcast”).

Defendant C and D are the persons who have produced the instant broadcasts.

The Plaintiffs’ honor was damaged or their personality rights and privacy were infringed upon due to each page of the separate sheet (referring to the Deceased, and the surviving children refer to the victimized children) recorded through the instant broadcast by the Plaintiffs’ assertion, and the details thereof are as follows.

The broadcast of this case selected the death of the deceased by repeatedly editing the body pictures and images of the deceased before the death of the deceased (as indicated in the attached list, 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, 17, 18, 20, 27, 27, 31, 38, 39, 46, 47, 48, 53, 55, 56) by repeatedly broadcasting the body pictures and photographs of the deceased, and the signs of assaulting the victimized child, which is not the fact, in the attached list, of the pages of the attached list.
