Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act), etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 10, 2014.
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bran vehicle.
On October 21, 2013, at around 06:20 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.088%, and made the crossing of the raw ginseng distance, which is located on the Do-ri-si Do repair at the village of Gwangju City, turn to the left from the surface of the Do-ri distance.
