Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2015, at around 20:10, the Defendant: (a) moved in the emergency room of the C Hospital in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and was given medical treatment, and subsequently, (b) requested the victim D, who is an officer or employee, to be hospitalized, and (c) requested the victim to be hospitalized on the following day; (b) the Defendant recommended the victim to be hospitalized on the following day.
