A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:51 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim D-owned car that was parked in the B apartment C-dong parking lot in the next city B-dong B-dong, and opened a door door of the said vehicle that was not corrected; and (b) used the key stored in the vehicle to drive the vehicle and drive the vehicle while driving the vehicle on the starting and driving of the vehicle using the key stored in the vehicle.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On March 17, 2020, the Defendant, without a license, driven a e-learning car from the 3km section from the place indicated in paragraph (1) to the G oriental medical hospital parking lot located in the Dolsan City F, as of March 17, 2020 without a driver’s license, around 21:51.

B. On March 18, 2020, the Defendant, without a license, driven a motor vehicle from around 10:07 to around 12:46 of the same day without a driver’s license, from around 10:07 to around 2.8km in the section of approximately 2.8km to the front road in the Hasan-si H from March 18, 202 to about 12:46 of the same day.

C. On April 14, 2020, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a motor vehicle from around 10:00 to around 10:40 on April 14, 2020 without a driver’s license, in approximately 36 km from the front day of the J in Busan City to the high-speed-speed Seoul Highway (Seoul Expressway) Gonam-si Highway from the front day of the J in order to enter the high-speed Highway (Seoul Expressway).
