A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around April 16, 2013, at the office of the vehicle registration in the city of the Incheon-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) in fact, at the office of the vehicle registration in the city of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (c) as if he actually purchased the above vehicle, he falsely prepared the documents for the registration of the transfer of the automobile ownership, such as the sales contract, as he actually purchased the said vehicle; (d) submitted them to the employee of the office in charge of the above vehicle registration and had the employee register the transfer of ownership in the E name in the register of the said vehicle; and (e) submitted them to submit them to the employee in charge of the said vehicle registration and had the employee register the transfer of ownership in the same manner as in attached Table 1, from November 22, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public officials and stated false facts in the register of public electronic records, and around that time, exercised public electronic records containing false facts.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. Although a person who takes over a registered motor vehicle applies for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, the defendant takes over the registered motor vehicle by acquiring all the rights of the said motor vehicle from the said G and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the said motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor from March 3, 2014 to March 19, 2014, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Date of Crimes, as the defendant extended KRW 6 million to G, while he/she borrowed KRW 6 million to G, with the collateral title, and he/she failed to repay the loan.
