Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2013, around 17:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head at the time of the victim’s head, on the ground that the victim E (n, 48 years of age) was not repaid with the money borrowed from the victim E (n, E, and 48 years of age) on the front road located in Goyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.
