A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 5, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant destroyed the said vehicle to repair KRW 1,18,636, repair costs, such as, while under the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the studio B, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) parked in front of the studio and obstructed the front of the house; and (b) walking the door of the said vehicle at several times, and flaping the bicycle installed adjacent to the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

2. On January 5, 2017, at around 01:05, the Defendant: (a) confirmed this situation, the Inspector F (52) who is a police official belonging to the police officer belonging to the Daegu Gangnam Police Station E District, who was called up on the road prior to the 201:05, who was in charge of performing official duties; and (b) tried to add the above rocketing car to the above F’s face; (c) subsequently, the Defendant was placed at one time at the right side of the said F’s face.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in criminal investigations.
