Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On May 31, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant building Nos. 107 from Defendant Han-ro C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han-do C&C”); (b) purchased the instant building G-dong (hereinafter “instant building”); (c) on August 28, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building G-dong (hereinafter “instant building”); and (d) on June 3, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building Nos. 108, 109, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, and 209 (hereinafter “instant individual units”) from Defendant Han-ro C&C; and (d) integrated the instant store and the instant building No. 107, and (e) integrated the instant building to operate them directly from August 28, 2015.
(A) Evidence No. 3, Evidence No. 4-1 to 11) (2) Defendant Jijin Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jin Construction”) is the management and operation company of the instant building.
