Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2019, at around 08:50, the Defendant driven a C wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license at a distance of about 15 km from around 153 km to the point where Kimhae-dong, located in the Busan East-gu B apartment, Kimhae-dong.
