A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the victim D(the age of 35) and the victim E(the age of 32) who is a middle school of C came to know of the fact that the victim D(the age of 35) and the victim E(the age of 32) intend to bring and sell a mobile phone in Korea, the Defendant, together with F and C, had three police officers of Thailand, such as G, etc., in advance, arrested the victims under suspicion of non-bearing of the passport and the possession of a mobile phone carrying a mobile phone, and conspired to take the cost of release from the victims and take the cell phone, etc. by threateninging the victims to criminal punishment against the victims.

At around 16:00 on November 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) assisted the victims to sell 32,00,000,000 won of the market price of 40,000,000, and (b) assisted the victims to the 58 mobile phones of 40,000, in a lump sum to the son; (c) induced the victims, who is the Defendant’s residence in the H area, to the 7th floorless room; and (d) in advance, one mobile phone buyers, who is the victim of the mobile phone, presented a low purchase price without any care to the victims; and (e) returned the victims to the other business entity, who will arrange the victims again.

On the other hand, F reported victims to the local police of Thailand, who was under negotiation with the above J at the defendant's residence as seen above, to the local police of Thailand who was in conflict with the order of the defendant, on the charge of the non-bearing of the passport and the cell phone possession.

At around 17:00 of the same day, the victims were arrested by the police officer of the Thailand who was dispatched to F by the report of the Defendant and the victim during the negotiations and return to the house. During that process, the police officer demanded the victims to confirm their passport, brought their descendants to the shot gun, and led the victims to their hairs.
