around November 12, 2014, the Defendant leased a car of approximately KRW 322,600,000 in the market price owned by the victim Domina Social Co., Ltd. and paid KRW 7,758,700 per month rent for 48 months.

While the Defendant kept the said car for the company of the victimized party, on May 2015, the Defendant embezzled the said car by borrowing KRW 45,000,000 from the Franchisor of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul as collateral, from the Franchisor of the Franchisor.

While the Defendant kept the said car for the victim company, on May 2015, at the office located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong, the Defendant embezzled the said car upon M’s request to dispose of it, and embezzled it.
