Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 8, 2017, around 07:45, the Defendant attempted to forcibly commit an indecent act: (a) went along the victim C (at the age of 19) going on the street in front of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with no justifiable reason; (b) and (c) took the victim’s arms, and (d) “I am hys, hys, etc., “I am hys. Accordingly, the defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by force against the victim.

2. On June 8, 2017, around 08:05, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the street in front of the community service center located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on charges of crimes, such as paragraph (1) in front of the community service center; and (b) was transferred to the E zone, the Defendant assaulted the face of the police officer F (32 years of age) who was the police officer belonging to the Seoul Mine-gu Police Station E District, on one occasion at all times without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation and suppression of police officers.
