[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution on December 16, 2014 at the Jung-gu District Court on December 8, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2014, and is currently in the period of suspended execution. On January 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Management of Meritoriouss at the Incheon District Court, respectively, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 23, 2016.
