A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 27, 2011, the Defendant: (a) stated that “If the Defendant retires from a bank and cancels an insurance contract because there was a large number of equity shares; (b) if the Defendant borrowed money to B, the bank will make an investment in shares; (c) paid monthly interest at KRW 500,000,000; and (d) would repay the principal after one year, the Defendant was transferred from the victim who believed the end to the Defendant’s account under the name of E, one of the Defendant used by the Defendant.”

However, in fact, the defendant has to make an embezzlement of the customer's money at the time when he works in the foreign exchange bank, and even if he invests in the shares, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the interest as promised, and to pay the principal.

The Defendant, in the foregoing manner, by deceiving the victim and defrauding 50 million won from the date and time to May 13, 2013, received the total of KRW 435 million from 10,000,000 as stated in the attached crime list, as well as from May 13, 2013.
