Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in return for offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

Nevertheless, around 00:39 on September 28, 2012, the Defendant accessed “E”, which is an Internet private sports soil site, at the Internet PC near Jung-gu, Busan. The Defendant deposited KRW 1,00,000 from the Korean Standards Dold Bank Account (F) to the Korean bank account in the name of G (H) designated by the said site operator as the gambling money deposit account, deposited the corresponding game money, and charged it with the corresponding game money at the site in the form of sports games, such as a domestic or foreign axis, and distributed dividends in the amount equal to the dividend rate at the same time, and lost Dol-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-party, and entered the total amount of KRW 1,00,000 from around 20 to September 28, 2012 in the form of a sports competition.
