A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a company member, from May 2016, in a de facto marital relationship with the victim B (43 tax, female) who is a ship of Chinese nationality from May 2016, and was put to the victim C (21 tax, female).

1. On January 6, 2017, from around 01:00 to around 03:00 of the same day, the Defendant injured the victim C, at the home of the Defendant’s house located in D 4 stories of the city between the Government, on the ground that the said victim opened a small room visit and did not open a door, and opened a late visit, and later, opened the door at the latest, the victim was faced with head. Furthermore, the victim’s body and head are frightened, and the victim’s body and head are walked, the victim’s body and head are walked, the victim’s head can be taken by drinking, and the victim’s hair was frighted with the back of the 4 week therapy.

2. Around 00:10 on February 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s house located in D4 stories at the time of the Government of the Republic of Korea, and (b) expressed the Defendant’s desire to take care of the body of the victim, who was locked at the inside and outside of the inside where the marcing would drink; (c) the victim refused it; (d) the victim refused it; and (e) the Defendant expressed the Defendant’s desire to take care of it.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the above victim, such as know-how and pelvisa, which require about four weeks of medical treatment, and carried dangerous objects, and threatened the above victim.
