1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 34,851,646 and the amount of KRW 9,730,824 from January 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the non-party B farming association corporation (hereinafter "non-party corporation") filed an application for credit card membership with the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (hereinafter "CF") and used the credit card with the credit card membership. The agreed delay interest rate for the credit card usage price between the agricultural cooperative and the non-party company is 25% per annum. The defendant jointly guaranteed the debt of the non-party company to the agricultural cooperative; the agricultural cooperative transferred the credit card payment claim to the plaintiff on March 25, 2011; and notified the non-party company of the transfer of the credit card payment claim around April 27, 201; the principal amount of the credit card payment claim as of January 20, 2016 is 9,730,824 won; interest is 25,120,822 won; and according to the above acknowledged facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 34,851,646 won and delay damages to the non-party 201.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
