A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Defendant

On November 13, 2014, A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by the Daegu District Court, and the sentence was terminated on June 9, 2016 by the Ansan Prison.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 24, 2016, at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu building D No. 305 around 21:00, the Defendant administered chophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of Megatopphones (one philopopon), a one-time mental medicine, and dilution them into water, and melting them into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

B. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant, at the same place at around 21:00, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones in a single-use injection at the same place, dilution with water, and melting them into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

On September 20, 2016, the Defendant possessed a total of 8.83g gopon, such as holding 0.1gopon in the scopon in the scopon at the same location as on September 20, 2016, taking part of 3.05gopon, 0.39gopon, and 5.29gopon in the scopon.

3. Defendant B

A. On July 2016, 2016, the Defendant received one disposable injection device from A at around 14:00, the Defendant received the delivery of one philopon from A, at around 0.03g, in the G located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

B. On September 28, 2016, the Defendant received delivery of one philopon 0.03g from the “LM” at the front line of K in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, and received it without compensation, and is in the 21:00 Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
