Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:22 on October 15, 2018, 2018, in order to steals goods parked in front of Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, the Defendant left the driver’s seat of the victim C owned by the victim C in his/her hand, and continued to leave the vehicle into an attempted attempt due to the lack of door, and continued to leave the steering door of the Fspon vehicle owned by the victim E in his/her hand, but was committed an attempted attempt due to the lack of door.
