1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as annual 6% from March 4, 2016 to July 21, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Evidence No. 1, A2, A3, A4-1, 2, and A5-2, and the purport of the whole pleadings
A. On February 24, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an insurance contract (55 years) with respect to the Plaintiff, the insured, the insurance premium of KRW 92,000 per month, and the insurance period from February 24, 2015 to February 24, 2070, with respect to the guarantee of death or injury (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
In concluding the contract, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 30 million to the Plaintiff only once for the first time when the diagnosis becomes final and conclusive due to the diagnosis of the horse period. Article 3 (End-Term Competitive Diagnosis Expenses) ① When the insured becomes subject to the diagnosis provided for in Article 1 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money), the company shall pay the following amount to the beneficiary only once for the first half of the insurance period:

1. The term "short-term diseases" means chronic degradation, which means one or more of the following causes.

2. The diseases, congenital and toxic diseases caused by alcohol addiction or drug addiction are excluded.
3. The diagnosis and confirmation shall be made by Article 3 (Medical Institution) of the Medical Service Act.
