A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on February 28, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice stating “E Game Account will be sold” on the Internet bulletin board “On deposit with the victim F who reported and contacted the notice,” which read “on deposit with KRW 100,000,00,000, the Defendant would transfer the said Game Account to the other party F.”

However, even if the defendant received the payment from the victim, he did not intend to transfer the game account.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 100,000 from the victim to the G bank account (Account Number: H) under the name of the Defendant for the sale proceeds of the game account on the same day from the victim, and received KRW 4,726,00 from that time to February 14, 2019, a total of KRW 27 times, such as the list of crimes, from February 14, 2019.

2. No owner of an automobile in violation of the Compensation for Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

At around 13:10 on June 1, 2017, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 1 km from the frontway of the J Hospital located in Namyang-si I to the front road of the Kanyang-si, the Defendant, who was not insured by the mandatory insurance of approximately 1 km, driving the Defendant’s non-registration test Ⅱ.

3. A theft: (a) around 02:00 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (b) driven a bicycle for 900,000 won of the victim N-owned market value, which was installed without a correction device, around the 1-2 Ra, Nam-dong L lent, Namyang-si; and (c) stolen it.

4. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of O CBR125 OBR in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

At around 22:00 on June 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the above Oba, and proceeded at a speed above Q in the direction of the bus stop in the egneung-si, Q in the direction of the bus stop in the south-si.
