A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant borrowed KRW 45 million from the lending enterprise to North Korean defectors in 2006 and entered the Republic of Korea around 2009, and delivered it to North Korean Brers with a loan of KRW 45 million from the lending enterprise to North Korea in order to enable North Korean defectors to escape from North Korea on December 2016.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) came to settle in Korea with the North Korea by the F, etc.; (b) provided F, etc. with a loan to the North Korea; and (c) however, F, refused to pay the loan, while F, refused to do so.

On August 11, 2017, the Defendant demanded the F's house located in G 10O Dong 70O around 00:15, G around 11, 2017, and F to provide F with a letter "one million won per month", but F has been moving from North Korea without such ability.

It was called 'Ilman' and rejected, without ability, and 'Ilman', and blick blick blick blick blick, and F blick blick blick blick blick blick.

Accordingly, F reported 112 on the defect of the 112 Report, the Defendant reported 112 on the part of F, “F left knick,” and reported knife on knife on knife, and on 112, he reported on 112 on the left knife, “F knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.”

However, the facts are merely those that the defendant assaulted F and reported F to the police by F, and F did not assault the defendant or display a knife.

As a result, the defendant made F a false accusation for the purpose of having F punished criminal punishment.
