[2019 Highest 1043] The Defendant is a person who operated a travel agency under the trade name of “C”.

1. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the above victim.

2. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant against the victim F told the victim F, who wants to travel with the above D, to travel with the Chinese head, to the effect that the Defendant deposited KRW 8.60,000 in advance, in order to make a reservation because the aircraft seat was inside several seats.”

However, the defendant received money for travel expenses, etc. from customers who want to make a promise to travel and settled the travel expenses of other customers who first go to travel, etc., and even if he receives money from the above victims, he/she shall be subject to the travel expenses of other customers.
