1. The Defendants are in turn indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 1, 25, 26, 23, 24, and 1 among the land size of 495 square meters G in Sungsung-si.

The Plaintiff is the owner of the land indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant land”), and the Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) owns 527 square meters of K K factory site and above-ground buildings, L, 572 square meters of land and above-ground buildings, M, 394 square meters of land, and 114 percent of 394 square meters of land, and the Defendant C owns 551 square meters of Nung factory site and above-ground buildings and 82 percent of 394 square meters of land and above-ground buildings and M, 394 square meters of land and 394 square meters of land, respectively, and Defendant D and Defendant F own 61 percent of 394 square meters of the above road, and Defendant E owns 394 square meters of the above road.
The Defendants, without any title, installed a vegetable 23,26,27,28,21,22, and 23 of the attached map in order to support the 495 square meters of the said vegetable vegetable vegetable 1,25,26,23,24, and 1 among the 495 square meters of the said land and the said vegetable vegetable 23,26,27,28,21,22, and 23 of the said vegetable 496 square meters, connected each of the above vegetable 23,26,27, 27, 28, 21, 22, and 23 square meters of the said land and the above vegetable 496 square meters of the said vegetable vegetable vegetable vegetable 21,28,29,20, and indicated each of the above vegetable vegetable.
[Reasons for Recognition] Facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, and 10 through 13 (including each number, if any), and the appraisal result of this court's intellectual property appraisal of the Korea Cadastral Corporation, as a result of the overall pleadings, the above facts of recognition as to the ground for claim of determination as to the whole purport of the pleadings, the defendants are obliged to remove the above structure and deliver the pertinent land, as they interfere with the plaintiff's exercise of ownership by installing a retaining wall which is a concrete structure on the ground of some of the land of this case
